AmeriPlan's dental discounts vary according to where your dentist is located.

Under "Category," select "Dental Providers."
Under "Find Providers By Distance," enter the zip code for your dentist's location.
Click on "Find Providers."
Go to one of the names on the list, and look in the far right column labeled "Info."
You will see either "Red Fee Schedule," "Teal Fee Schedule," or "Lime Fee Schedule."
Depending on where your dentist is located, the following will apply:
RED FEE SCHEDULE
- flat rate of $2000 for patients under 19 years of age
- flat rate of $2200 for patients 19 years of age and older
TEAL FEE SCHEDULE
- flat rate of $2100 for patients under 19 years of age
- flat rate of $2250 for patients 19 years of age and older
LIME FEE SCHEDULE
- 20% discount for patients of any age
(Invisalign braces may not be discounted.)

I have never tried the Ameriplan, but I have visited their website. I am looking for a dental plan, as well. So far, the most reasonable dental plan is the Careington Dental Discount Plan. They have the schedule/price listing on their website.
