How do I give my Dentist the sack ?!

I live in a rural area, so NHS dentists are few and far between
I could go private, but have paid the system a lot over the years to look after me when needed.
My local bloke is a joke.
He has ripped out about half my teeth, and given me plates that simply do not fit.
OK, somewhat due to living abroad, smoking & drinking, it can be said that I have not properly looked after the teeth that I had.
BUT, the bottom set are verging on painful, and the top set just try & pop out if eating so much as a soft pear.
My GP observed I am underweight by about 2st
I am not suprised ! I am down to porrige, soups, eggs etc.
Oh for a steak !
Can I have him sacked through the BDA (British Dental Association) ?
He is on his last legs as a practicing "dentist", and I am not alone in town in mentioning his ham-fisted and dodgy methods.
What to do ?

lower denture are very hard to have in the mouth it can take a very long time for you to handle them, some people can't at all. if the top ones came out as bad as what you say them i would use something like seabond.
i am not backing the dentist up at all but it is hard to make these things.
if the dentures where placed into the mouth the next day or a few weeks after having your teeth taken out your dentist should have told you that your month will change shape and these will need to be re-lined. if the dentist can do that it the surgery them have it done they it should cost you just under
