There are many different kinds of Toothpaste, take your time and make the right selection. I have now found a pro namel sesitive toothpaste by Sensodyne. Daily Anti cavity floride for sensetive teeth . Hardens enamel. Clean your teeth twice a day, and rinse them after you eat. Brush not only your theet but the whole oral cavity, by turning the brush around you can brush the inside of your cheeks and the top and botom of your gums, your tounge can yse some brushing as well. And teh roof of your moutn and under your tongue, gently. Flossing is what your dentist advises, do that as well before going to bed
All of this should get you a cavity free check up. If for some reason it does not, I would find myself a new Dentist...... that choice is yours .....

Always brush right after eating so that the food doesn't have time to sit on your teeth and form plaque.

Make sure you are brushing properly and fully cleaning each surface of every tooth.

Floss morning and night.

Use flouride rinse at the end of the day.

Make sure you are brushing your tongue, insides of your cheeks, and roof of your mouth. If the food stays here, your mouth can still be susceptible to cavities, especially on the surfaces of your teeth that are beeing touched by those unbrushed places.

brush your teeth three times a day and floss

GET FALSE TEETH

brush and floss. If you do both, than change you diet. Cut out the soda, or candy or whatever is harming you teeth.

You should ask your dentist when you go for your fillings. Maybe try some enamel building toothpaste. Unfortunately some people just have softer teeth. Good luck

Brush 3x a day. Use a mouthwash with fluoride (Act). Dont eat lots of candy. Dont drink soda.

I guess, brushing right (not to hard to wear the enamel) and with a medium or soft bristle brush often. Eating right (healthy foods) and also flossing. You might be eating lots of sugary sweets or lots of acidic foods and drinks and not rinsing right afterwards. Remember that both acids and sugars may wear the enamel on your teeth...

I try to drink anything with a straw to prevent it from touching my teeth too, especially sodas, even if they are sugar-free.

wat the heck???
u sound like you brush your teeth every single day!!
i only brush for 15 seconds and i havent had a cavity ever since my last one

in all honesty....

NO CANDY!

i used to eat candy and brush my teeth and got cavities. one time i did a expirment, i didn't eat candy and i didn't brush my teeth as often as i did. no cavities.

it works. i advise you to brush you teeth though. bad breath is disgusting.

Flouride rinse. Try ACT. Or ask your dentist an they can perscribe you something.

you should drink milk, floss use a mechanical tooth brush(oral b has cheap ones) brush your teeth at least 2 times a day, try to avoid candy, use a fluoride mouthwash, take 5 minutes to brush your teeth, change your tooth brush every 3 months, use a good tooth paste like Colgate.... good luck!

brush each section for 20 seconds

floride treatments..........or the floride rinse every day

flossing is really helpful, even if it is tedious. also fluoride rinse or fluoride toothpaste is helpful. your dentist can prescribe some to u. also, drink more milk =)

You may have a deficiency which prevents the enzyme that creates enamel to be weak. It is what I have and I can not remember the name of this at the moment. You can always cap your teeth. It
