Ok so I have been biting my tounge recently and now i have a sore on the side of my tounge. Needless to say its very hard to eat since the sore rubs on my teeth. Is there any way to get rid of it? I've been trying to keep it clean by using a lot of mouthwash.

Get what is called orabase, not oragel, orabase helps heal the sore and numbs it like oragel, doesn't taste very good but it help, use salt water rinses and avoid food on that side of your mouth, hope this helps good luck
