Is it true that once one finishes with Invisalign one must wear retainers for the rest of their life?? Is this true with all braces??Thanks.

Not with all braces. I had braces for four years wore the retainers until my teeth stopped moving and haven't worn a retainer in 20 years and my teeth are still perfectly straight.
