Depends on what you want to eat ! Dont bite on to an apple or use the front side of the front teeth .. and nothing hard.. a soft chicken r burger wudnt cause any harm for sure..!

They hurt for about 2 weeks then slowly you can eat harder food. Some foods like Corn on the cob you can't eat until they come off.

Going back to eating like you did, honistly it is going to be quite a few weeks before they stop hurting.. plus you will have some restrictions on things you cannot eat!!

when you go to the movies dont get popcorn cuz youre not supposed to eat that especially right now cuz you just got them maybe later during youre treatment if youre bad at following rules =] but try gettin somethin soft to eat sice your teeth are still sore and if youre front teeth are hurting the most when you eat try eating on the side of your mouth or w/ your molars cuz its hurts less.
