Ok, I wore braces in junior high and I am wearing them again as an adult. I can honestly tell you that people notice the braces for maybe 5 minutes, then it's not even an issue. Although it may be a factor for a small number of guys, most don't care either way and a lot of guys are turned on to girls with braces.
As for hurting a guy with them.......the only way a guy can get hurt from kissing a girl with braces is if he is shoving his tongue in her mouth and she is not open to it.
braces scare guys off, they don't look attractive and its scary to kiss someone with braces for fear of self-injury even if it isn't likely

I think it is not a turn off, I once dated a gurl that had braces and I admired her for wanting to have good looking teeth. Too many people out there dont really care about their grill and its a big turn off to neglect the pearly whites.
Yes, but it is temporary, in most cases anyways. If a guy truly loved or liked a girl, he would see beyond those metal wires.
And plus, braces straighten your teeth, however long the process might take. Beauty hurts. But it's darn worth it in the long run.

i just depends what your doing with them, but i think it's kind of sexy just knowing that the girl is trying to take care of herself
