OK...I' promise I'm not laughing....You know I can actually see why someone might ask that question. Every TV hospital show portrays patients as unclothed for surgery and since a great many wisdom tooth extractions are performed under total anesthetic one might sincerely wonder if they are going to be undressed during the procedure. The answer is "NO",it's not required for wisdom tooth extractions. If however you wake up and your clothing has been grossly rearranged and your underwear is wrong side out, tell your parents if your a minor and contact law enforcement as you May have been molested while under the anesthetic...not very likely but stranger things have happened.

No. They want to see your teeth- nothing else. Depending on where you have it done, they may ask you to take off your shirt and put on a gown, so they can put on the EKG leads to monitor you during the surgery. But your undies you can safely keep. That's not the head they are interested in.
