Crest whitstrips teeth sensitivity?!

Question: Ive been using crest whitestrips for two days now, ( twice a day for two days, ive done it four times then). On the box it says tooth sensitivity is normal, and I did feel a bit of pain, but now its after I used them today and my bottom teeth STILL hurt. Is this bad? I dont want to go see a dentist.

Try skipping a day or two and pick up where you left off. This should not affect the results but will take a little longer. Also do not use any other whitening products, because this will only ad to the tooth sensitivity. Tooth whitening products are very abrasive to the teeth, so make sure your white strips are the only thing with "whitening" in it. Try using products with more fluoride like sensitivity toothpaste as this will reduce the sensitivity and make your teeth stronger.

This is normal I used them for dance.
use sensitvity tooth paste.

Thats funny, cuz Ive been using them for 2 days now, but only once a day. I do experience some tooth sensitivity, especially on the bottom. Ive done it in the past, and if it gets to be too much, just take a break for a day. After the whitening process, my teeth returned to normal, but they were still white.
