Question: I think a bit of competetion would not go amiss. Let them advertise, get Tesco in on it because lets face the NHS is totaly incompetant in this area.

To true the dentists are a rip off i refuse to go twice a year only once due to the expense and the fact it is not nessasary.
True dentists work hard to get their qualifications but so do opticians and the market is flooded.
You can go any where and get glasses I always go to same one and pay
