Go to pubmed.com and you will find ten to one the bad /good of flouride. you don't need it. It is way for the pharmaceutical companies to sell more poison. They have big money and that is why it is in our water.

Fluoride is good for the teeth and it helps strengthen the enamel. It can aggravate the gums if you get a lot of it which increases the chance of gingivitis. Keep in mind that fluoride isn't just in toothpaste but it is in a lot of other things like water.
