i've had internal stains on my teeth since i was three and now i am thirteen and how can i get them to go away

internal stains do not come off. There are a number of reasons for the stains. High fever when you were a baby and your adult teeth were forming, to much fluoride (fluorosis) Some medications and vitamins given to you when you were young could also have caused it. The only way to have it fixed is to have veneers or crowns placed on the teeth.
