How to stop facial swelling?
Hello,
I got 4 teeth extracted on monday cuz i had crowding and i needed to make room for braces. I'm really swollen in my cheeks and i was wondering if there was a way i can reduce the swelling. I know that ice is supposed to work, but anything else will help.

Ice packs are good for the first 48 hours. Then it's time to put some warm packs on there to speed the healing. You can also use warm salt water rinses, just don't spit too hard or you'll pull out the blood clots and end up with dry sockets.
