your a little young but that wouldn't stop a dentist doing it there are various methods such as at home kits in the chair sessions alot of people go for crest strips and methods you can buy over the counter but they are hardly worth the money as there not as strong as what a dentist can give you the best method is combinding the at home kit with a chair side session will cost about 700 depending on your dentist he wont do it on the nhs as it is purely cosmetic it is a ongoing thing as it wont last for ever
I know at my office we use zoom whiteing it takes like 2hours its 550 but you get the same results using crest white strips it just take a little longer and its cheaper. if you want my advice go for the white strips also the whiteing will not change the color of any fillings or other dental work you may have had done.
i think your too young for that. it costs around 300 pounds, to have it done at a good dentist. the problem is dentists dont recommend it because eventually your teeth will go back to their original colour.
