It takes awhile getting used to. After a few weeks the wires will loosen and will less likely cause less pain. There is no harm done in checking back with your dentist to see what he can do.
In the meantime, make sure you are putting the wax on real thick. It may be thin and coming off the braces which could be causing you discomfort.

you need to have them adjusted or filed down, that will happen from time to time.....if the wax hasn't helped by now, then you need to see your Ortho.

you need to go back to your orthodontist and show them what's bothering you, they'll be happy to show you things to do to make them more comfortable or adjust the wires and brackets to make things better. Good Luck

Yeah I think you are still getting used to it. if its still hurting you in a week then go back and see your orthadontist.

Yes, I still get sores and I've had them for nearly two years. One suggestion for the pain is to spray it with Chloraseptic, or the slightly effective warm saltwater gargle.

See you're dentist, that's not supposed to happen. You'll need to have them adjusted.

yes, sometimes they hurt like hell
(AHHHHHHHHHHHH)
but it should go away
if it's really bugging you, call your orthodontist.
also, there's this oral b stuff or something that numbs the mouth.
relieves the pain sometimes
if not, try ibeprofen
(btw, i probably spelled all this stuff wrong. my bad : 0

call your ortho doctor
but Colgate makes something called PEROXYL that will help relieve the mouth pain
good luck

It usually hurts right after you get them or go to one of your monthly check-ups. If it's still hurting after a week, you should go see your orthodontist to see if there's anything causing the pain.

Yes it's def. normal. It sucks though but I don't think there is really anything you can do about it. Eventually your brackets won't be as sharp and they won't cut the inside of your mouth anymore. Give it some time.

i havent been getting cut up..but its natural fror ur jaw to be

Holding warm to hot Salty water in the mouth several times for even 30 seconds at a time is a simple quick Natural Pain stopper and mouth tissue Healer.

yes it is relatively normal. if it is really bothering you dont be afraid to go to your orthodontist and get them to cut the wire.
in the meantime i would try sugar-free gum (chew it for a while then put where the wire is poking, it tastes good and it keeps your breath fresh! :) ). for future reference, when you get your braces tightened chew some gum (after about a day) so to loosen your braces....it really helps.

hope this helps!!
