They are also know as premolars. The two teeth behind each canine. Getting a tooth pulled can cause discomfort, but with pain meds you will be just fine!

P.S. the only premolar with two roots is the Maxillary (upper) first premolar.

they are teeth that have two cusps, they are the two teeth infront of your molars (back teeth)

It will only be painful if the dentist that is doing the extractions doesn't give you local anesthesia, and they are being removed to make room to move your remaining teeth in the proper position so that you will look beautiful by the time you graduate highschool. Good luck with your braces and do EVERYTHING THAT HE TELLS YOU SO YOU CAN BE SUCCESSUL IN COMPLETETING YOUR TREATMENT ON TIME. REMEMBER TO BRUSH AND FLOOS EVERYDAY, MAKE YOUR PARENTS PROUD ESPICALLY SINCE THAY ARE PAYING FOR YOU TO HAVE THIS DONE.

These are the two teeth behind your canines (the pointy ones). They are called bicuspids because they have 2 roots.

Pain is different for everyone. Because they are already erupted (through the skin) the dentist won't have to cut into your gum to get them, but it may be uncomfortable to pull them. The dentist should give you plenty of medication to beforehand to make you comfortable.
