Question: i have something in my mouth, my gum is sore and swollen then at the same time it feels like a tooth ache, it's painful, can't hardly eat, it hurts alittle when i talk, what could it be...?my tombsils are swollen...what could it be?

Well, if it is on your gum or inside lip, and its white with red skin around it, it could possibly be a canker sore. It goes away between 3-5 days. There are products that make it numb, so you can eat, or talk in a more pleasant way. Im not sure about the tonsils, but if its still there within a week, I suggest you see the doctor.

hmm... i think its gingivitis.. or tonsillitis.. if you say that your tonsils are swollen as well.
sounds like an abscess... u should go see ur doctor immediately, those things can be dangerous.
it doesn't sound all that good i would make an appointment with your dentist for as as soon as so you can get it checked out
go to the doctor too it may be something else too
