Question: I think its because I was eating too much hard candy over the weekend.
It hurts when I open my mouth a little too wide. :/

uhh don't open your mouth too wide and if it continues after 2 weeks, see your dentist.

Maybe you have TMJ. A jaw disorder causing reduced motion and popping.

rest the jaw, massage gently, warm compress
