This is difficult to answer as you are a heart patient. Dental work will be difficult for you depending on your heart condition.
My teeth suffered from malnutrition when I was younger. I have had 13 extractions because of it. (4 in a row on the bottom) There are certainly ways around getting dentures even with bones loss. But I am hesitant to give advice due to your heart condition.
I will say that a second opinion with a reputable experienced dentist is the way to go. I would highly recommend consulting with an oral surgeon (as I and my dentist did) for your best options in light of your condition.

Go for the 2nd opinion and see what they say. It is always best though to keep as many natural teeth as possible. Partial dentures that anchor to natural teeth are much much better and more stable than full dentures. Hope this helps!

it would be cheeper to get dentures...rather than have continous work done...and f you have a lot of pain with your teeth then get them out....

yes. just do it.
nothing worse could actually happen.
Ps. good luck

Same thing happen to my cousin; she went to an half-a** dentist in St. Louis and know she have to get her wisdom tooth pull, cavity fill, 5 teeth pull. So she going to my Otho next month he going to do everything over from what the other quack mess up on her mouth. Get a second opinion I know I did with getting braces.

Hello, do not get all your teeth pulled unless its a severe cost issue. It's always better to keep your teeth because they help to support the bone around it. If you pull them all when you are too young, like you are, the bone will resorb (go down) even more and whither away. Remember that dentures require the underlying bone to hold them in place, so if you have severe bone loss, your new dentures will not fit well and will be loose. A solution would be to go with implants after that and that's expensive, so you are back to square one. It's better to save the key support teeth. Only a good dentist can help you with planning the case.

better as many as your teeth in your mouth then a denture!!

You should definitely get a second opinion. There are many options that you could have before a complete extraction case. Ask your local dentist about possibility of implants with bone grafting first, also he/she can possibly splint ( put together those teeth with crowns) like fixed bridge ( a round house). Worst case, extraction & placement of bone graft for later place implants!! It will be worth it. But that is only if those teeth are literally floating or lOOSE???You are a very young patient to have all those teeth removed, extraction should be the last resource !! Please get many advises before making such drastic decision!! Good Luck

HAVE A PERIODONTIST EVALUATE YOUR CASE AND GET THE WISEST OPINION FOR THE TEETH YOU HAVE LEFT BEFORE DECIDING ON DENTURES.
