Is there a gadget to measure the proper amount of listerene mouth wash?!

Question: MY biggest pet peeve is that they don't send a measuring guage with the listerene bottles and I have not seen any special measuring gadgets sold in the oral care section, so how do you measure your listerene?

you know those cups from cough syrup bottles? thats what i use...they measure perfectly...

Actually, the cap is supoosed to be the measuring device. That's why it's shaped like a small shot glass. Look inside the cap and you might even see a measuring line in there.
