Anyone with Dential Implants?!

Question:

Anyone with Dential Implants?

My husband is looking into Dential Implants for himself and was wondering alittle about the process and cost of them. He has looked all over the internet and can't seem to fine an average cost for them. His teeth are pretty bad so he will need almost his entire mouth done. Does anyone know about how much they could cost, how long it takes to get them done, what they feel like afterward, and if they can even do you entire mouth or if there is a better way to go for that? Thanks sooo much!!!

See my avatar I have dental implants. No you do not need implants to replace every tooth. I have 8 implants on top and 6 on the bottom that holds a whole piece bridge that screws onto the implants.

Problem is there is no average cost with implants. Seriously! It depends on the region you live in. the cost can range from $1800 to $5000 each implant. If you go to an oral surgeon then you have to pay a second cost to have the teeth made. If you go to a Periodontist (specialist who primarly does replacement teeth) they may have lab on the premisis where you pay 1 cost.

He can however go the route of a implant retained denture where one can go as little as 2 implants but 4 are prefered. These are secure and preserves the bone better than dentures alone.
