My tooth/gum hurts?!
Question: I'm not sure which it is!! It's been going on for almost a week now! My bottom pointy tooth hurts really bad- especially while eating. it's like a stiniging pain. I looked to see if anything was different about it, but it looks pretty normal! It just STINGS a lot! What do you think is wrong?

i think it is a tooth infection . i got it once its exactly as u described it , it really hurts and it goes on for weeks but it doesnt look any different.
and if u dont go 2 the dentist if will get worse and worse!!!!!!
but wat u can do is when i got an infection i had 2 get a mug and put warm water in it with one teaspoon of salt and mix it and have a drink but DONT SWALLOW !!! just gargle

Could be the root. You should see a dentist. It could be oral cancer.

oh my god it hurts so bad ALL of them do.
Use orajel , it numbs your mouth
then the pain is away it is so good
It's nasty at first just spit.
Maybe its falling out or you bit down on it wrong.
I am not sure whats wrong but to ease the pain:
-gargle with warm salt water
-drugstore products like canker-x or anbesol that are pain relieving gels for toothaches, gums, sores, ect.
-see your dentist!
