i had to take meds for 1 week non stop and then i just took it a few times a day for 2 weeks. but it depends on your pain tolerance
It's time to call your dentist. There are a few complications that can happen that will cause the paint to linger. Be safe rather than sorry!
that's weird. They shouldn't still be hurting. have you been taking any pain medication? you could have dry sockets. I wuould get it cheched out.
Call your dentist. You might have dry sockets which can be very painful. If you do your dentist can pack them and bring you relief.
I just had mine taken out on Friday. I'm still pretty swollen. But the pain has stopped. It's supposed to stop by the 2nd day.A good way to relieve pain is to take the prescribed pain killers, and also applying ice packs to the face. If the pain increases after it has already begun to decrease, this is an indication of a problem and you should call your dentist ASAP. It could either be an infection or dry sockets, which in either case, you need to call in immediately to ensure it is treated and doesn't become anything serious.
