Gum or cigrattes?!
Question:
Gum or cigrattes?
Recently I am trying to quit smoking by chewing gum that aids in quitting smoking. However, I am afraid that these gums have more side effects than the actual cigrattes. Is this true?
Answers:
I did a prescribed drug called Zyban - and I did not use nicotine replacement - after all its the nicotine you are addicted to - its the chemicals that do the damage. It was like going cold turkey - but you couldn't give a darn.
It takes on average 5 attempts before you actually give up smoking - keep up the fight though it will be worth it in the end
I haven't smoked for over 5 years now - but I must admit occasionally I feel like having one - but it is just a passing fancy and the mind plays tricks on you - it is not a craving
Good luck
