my braces hurt a lot!! i just got the bottom 1's yeturday wat should i do to help it? or take away the pain>
Answers:
That's completely normal. The pain should subside in a couple days or so, at most a week. Did your doctor prescribe any painkillers? If not, take some tylenol or advil or some other pain-killing medicine and it should help a bit. There is no way that I know of that you can take the pain fully away. Your teeth are physically being adjusted so they're going to hurt.
