I had all four extracted at the same time and it wasn't that bad..Just a lot of pressure..But it all depends on the teeth..If they are fully erupted like mine where or if they are impacted and the degree of impaction..And everyone is different.. But for the most part as long as you take in easy for a couple days after getting them removed then it's not too bad...Good Luck
