go to the doctor again and tell them EVERYTHING about them .and tell them you not leaving till you have a diagnosis.some doctors are so stubborn that you need to hound them to get to the root of the problem.my friend has a doctor like that she fell and injured her back last year.her doctor told her she just bruised it.now a yr later its bothering her again and she just found out she did permanent damage and either has to cut her shifts down to 4 hrs a week (she works retail so shes on her feet all day) or quit her job entirely. this may have been prevented if her doctor wasnt so quick to push her out the door and move on to the next patient!!!

Go to Webmd.com they have an AWESOME thing on their site that tells you what you could have.. You tell them all of the symptoms you are having and they come up with what it could be and how to fix it!

i wish i could help...all i can say is that u have to keep going to the doctor, and looking online (search the symptoms)
i hope u feel better...=/

best of luck
hugs

I was looking up something different for a friend earlier, though I failed to find even a guess, I did come across a dental symptom. It may mean nothing to you either. Thought you may as well look up the details anyway and see what you think.

"Oral lichen planus"

As this does involve bleeding of the tongue. Best of luck in your search.

MayoClinic.com

Could be thrush (yeast).
