Brush/Floss Order?!

Question:

Brush/Floss Order?

Are you supposed to floss BEFORE you brush your teeth, or AFTER?
I've kinda been wondering that, or if theres a proven answer to it...
Thanks!

Answers:

If you floss before you brush your teeth, the floss loosens/ removes plaque in between the teeth. But when you brush it is possible that you are brushing plaque back in between those teeth. If you floss after you brush, your removing the plaque but it can get right back on the outer parts of your teeth. So technically, you should floss before and after you brush!
