My son has a rapid pallet expander and the key seems to get stuck?
I push all the way to the back, I see the new hole, but can't seem to get the key out. I end up wiggling and wiggling it. I feel like I'm going to reverse it. Am I doing something wrong???

Slow down and take your time because my mom used to get it stuck all the time and if your child is old enough may he can help you. You're not doing anything wrong, they're just irritating.
