Should i get clear braces?!
Question: I really don't want ppl that look at me from a distance and think braceface alert. I'm 16 in the cruel world of high school. And i'm on the swim team. Should i or should i just get metal braces.

Definitely clear. They don't turn colors, only the bands turn colors. No one notices you have them on, it is great. you don not want metel braces for the rest of your high school. Think about senior pics.
If you really want to. But regular braces arent that bad.. you just get used to it and you do get to choose colors for them. =)
With the doubts you are already having about what people think I would suggest clear.
get the metal ones. i thought the same thing but one of my friends had the clear ones and they turned yellow and made her look like she had really disgusting teeth.
I have clear ones on my upper teeth and prefer them. If you think it will affect your high school life and confidence, then go for clear. They usually have to put metal on the lower teeth though. The only thing about clear ones is that they are more difficult to keep clean. Best of luck!
