Why are my teeth still sore?
I got my braces tightened 2 weeks ago, and while i was there i also had power chains put on all my upper teeth. My teeth are still sore enough to wear i can't eat very many things. I can only eat soft foods like soup, bannanas, tamales, mashed potatoes, grits things like that. I can't eat things like cereal, pizza, fish sticks, hamburgers, hotdogs and ect. Why are my teeth still sore after 2 weeks? Are my braces to tight? What do i do about the whole chewing/soreness problem? Serious answers only Thnx!!!!

dont worry i have braces too and my teeth hurt all the time. i got mine tightened 3 weeks ago and my teeth are still sore. your braces are not too tight either, it just means that your teeth are moving which is exactly what your want. good luck :]
