I will be having injection to my hand for my general anes .. wisdom surgery ..?
i thought is gas to make me sleep .. i so scare now .. the injection is bigger than use to the gum. y is it ..??

Had this recently but I had IV into the elbow instead of hand. Last wisdom tooth came out under gas but they dont like gas so much these days. I hate needles big time but the IV was much preferable to multiple gum shots and anyway they can only give local anaethesia in the gum.
