As long as you don't just gargle down 1/4 or more of the bottle you should be fine. Just think of it this way, if you burp it will smell nice and minty. Just drink a glass of water to get it out of your system quicker.

Uh, yeah. I know some people who drink it to get drunk. But it's really not good for you to do that. It's not the right kind of alcohol to be drinking but it's not deadly or you wouldn't be able to buy it at all. Just don't make a habit of it.
