Yah it may not sound a waste of money and maybe good for your jaw as you practice it everyday chewing..but it may be detrimental yo your health after all gum may still contain some chemical ingredient with all that artificial sugar injected in it ..maybe lessen and besides youa are getting addicted to it already..ok???
