When do i brush my teeth when using crest whiting strips??!
Question: it says on the box not to brush before using the strips..
then when do i brush? straight after? or like an hour before? or???
i mean i dont wanna wake up from the night before and put these strips on with an unclean mouth/breath..
i mean would it still work or?

Brush right after you take the strips off.
If you brush before, it could make your teeth more sensitive. If you leave the bleach on your teeth after the creast strips are removed, it could also make your teeth more sensitive.
right afterward.. thats what i do .. you have to do somethign afterward cuz you have that bleach gunk on ur teeth and it tastes nasty
this makes no sense!! if you can't brush before, the bleach cannot get to the areas at the gum line because plaque is there... and the bleach cannot get through the plaque...
I administer the zoom!! bleaching at our clinic, and I always rubber cup (brush) the teeth before placing the gel.....
