Question: Please answer: I don't get it. Why do I feel like this..?
I'm trying to lose belly fat and for the past few weeks I've been eating special k cereal for breakfast, for lunch a whole wheat wrap=90 calories with 3 slices of turkey breasts=60 calories with mini tomatoes, and for dinnner sometimesone of these every night different tuna, salamon, chicken legs, chicken breasts, beef meat and vegetables. Fruits throught out the day and only water. And I feel like I'm getting more belly fat. What do I do?
Am I eating something I shouldn't? What should I not eat

Answers:

Not enough calories, especially from fats.

Add some nuts, seeds, peanut butter, olive oil, sardines, mackerel, etc.



We all know the value of exercise. For example the heart rate increases speeding up the blood flow. The long term advantages are that it fortifys the heart muscles. Exercise can make you feel great about yourself because of the chemicals that are released into the blood stream. Exercise also causes the body to burn off fat and thus lose weight. It's probably just water weight. If you've changed your diet a lot and are drinking more water than usual, your body isn't used to processing it. Keep doing this and give it a few weeks to let your body adjust to your new diet.
