Hi. Try doing heavier weights, fewer repititions, don't stop until you achieve muscle failure and consume plenty of protein.
Work out, but not too much. Working out too fast will wear down your muscle too much. You can't get EXTREMELY fast muscle, but it's a time thing. Take measurements every 2 weeks to watch your progress, measuring your arms, legs, waist, and chest.
Also drink water to help build your muscle, and the most you should be working out is 3 -4 times a week. If you're looking to get BIG in muscle, and not just defined, you can get protein shakes and such. Remember, using high-repetition and low weight will define your muscle, but low-repetition/ high weight will build mass.

you need to eat 20x your current bodyweight from calories...
1-2 grams of protein for each pound u weigh
lift weights 4-6 days a week for 40-60 mins a session
train each muscle once a week
take supplments like whey protein and glutamine daily.
go for heavy weights 4-6 reps.. or 6-8

tue biceps triceps
wed back
thur shoulders
fri legs
train abs everyother day
Depends where you want to build the muscle on your body.
Legs? I say running and squats. Try the treadmill.
For arms? Weights.
do a lot of weight lifting. but make sure you eat a lot of protein, because that feeds your muscles.
