Question: How much weight did you lose from running/jogging?
How long? (minutes,hours?)
And how many days (months, years?)
I need to lose roughly 40 pounds and i want to start by May and would like to lose at LEAST 30 pounds by the time i got to florida. (Middle of August)

I've run on and off for about 6 years and have probably lost around 30 pounds. It would be more, but I've been working on some other things as long distance running is timing consuming. With more continuous running for a half marathon and longer, I could probably lose another 20-plus pounds. Last summer I was training for a marathon before I injured my left knee (16-mile run). The next time I start running, I will train for a few half marathons before a full.
Cut out sugars, and try to drink as much water as you possibly can. Eat lean meat as well. I find doing calisthenics helps, as it keep me tone without adding much weight.
Don't overdo it. It is definitely possible to lose that weight in that time frame, but losing too much can hurt your body. But running is one of the quickest ways to lose weight. Don't burn yourself out.

hello, I had this same problem for many many years that it was hopeless. I used to buy all types of products.
