You do lose fluid overnight from your skin and lungs. However you also burn calories required for your basal metabolic needs.

Sometimes you do lose weight while you sleep, as long as you gain it back and don't consistently lose, I think you will be fine. I tend to lose water weight if I take my vitamins right before bed. I don't know why, it's strange.
