pushups is one of the best yet simplist exercises you can do.
pushups can train your core, shoulder, biceps, legs, head, core, and wrists. start with 60 a day. one set in the morning, one set at lunch, anf one set at night.
if you are already good at pushups change the sets to 100.
Muscle memory, when your lifting any weights try to keep your wrists straight and eventually you will get muscle memory in your wrist and you wont have a problem trying to keep them balanced. I had the same problem.
honestly, I not trying to be a creep but masterbation helps. Also intense writing or wrist curls will do the job.
