heres what they offer for breakfast
-bagel with cream cheese(optional)
-bagel with egg,cheese,sausage patty
-smuckers peanut butter sandwiches
-breakfast burrito flour tortilla,egg,cheese,pieces of hash brown

-some fruit shake with crackers
lunch
-pizza(pepperoni or pineapple and ham)
-fruit salad
-sub with ham/turkey lettuce,tomato(mustard and mayo bag)
-chicken salad(teriyaki sauce optional)
-pasta
-chicken sandwich
-hamburger(white cheese on it)
-chicken teriyaki with white rice carrots & broccoli

you dont wanna have the bagel with eggs, either burritos, pizza, chicken sandwich or hamburger as they have too much fat and sodium and you need to keep your fat and sodium low when you lift weights.
(the 2 biggest reasons I think that people weightlifting don't notice their results is their bodyfat is too high and they are bloated because they eat too much carbs and sodium)
i would have the bagel with cream cheese and the chicken teriyaki with the veggies.
you could also make your own sandwiches, put them in the freezer the day before, and keep em in your bag. by the time you get to school they'll be warm enough to eat and won't spoil because they were frozen.

what I picked out for you to choose are loaded with protein. THe rest can be skipped and won't help you build muscle.
Well if those are your only choices for breakfast have the (bagel with egg, cheese, sausage patty)
and lunch either the chicken salad with no terryaki sauce or the chicken terriyaki with rice and veggie meal with fruit salad(fruit salad every other day). Otherwise start packing your own healthy lunch and eat breakfast before school.
looks good, but remember to load the carbs before you work out. Suggest you carry your lunch to keep the processed foods from your system. Using raw egg shakes work well. Mix them with OJ and some sugar and ice. Bland for high protein with out a lot of problem and time.
