Question: How to shape my chest and lose chest fat?
Answers:
On a workout bench, (ideally!), do dumbell incline flys, flat flys & then decline flys - one after the other.
For 8 weeks at a time, I'll do these on Mondays only, for 45 minutes straight!
I start with a weight I can do 12 reps max, then only do 8 reps with this weight in each of the 3 bench positions until I can't do the 8th, at which point I drop 5 to 10lbs for each hand, then keep going like this until 45 minutes is up!
Start with 8 reps the first week, then add a rep each week... by the 8th week you'll be doing 15 reps.
I then take a one or two week rest!
This is JUST for the chest! I do other body exercises for the other days during the week, but no more for the chest than Monday! (Your chest will need a full week to recover!)
For the next 8-week session, I'll switch to dumbell bench presses in all 3 positions and do the same ritual.
Personal experience through trial & error.
