Well, you can do an apple detox for 3 days. You only eat apples and drink water for 3 days. Then for the rest of the week, just workout for an hour everyday and eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, etc (you know, just healthy food).
No juice (except homemade from fruits with no added sugar). No chocolate, candy, chips, pizza, fast food, caffein, cake, etc)
It is pretty hard to loose a lot of weight that quickly. What I did to loose weight was stopped eating between meals and had sensibly sized meals, occasionally would have seconds if it wasn't too much, wouldn't recommend thirds but the main thing is not in between them.
Running also helps.
I lost about 5 stone since last august by not eating between meals.
most you can lose healthily is 1/2 pounds, sorry.
but if this is a once time thing, eat 3 times a day, very light meals like soups, fruit and fresgh salads(without fatty dressing) and no desserts. about 500-800 cals a day, work out at the gyu or walk for an hour every day.

Eat salads with no dressing.. Thats what i eat when I cut weight to weigh in for my fights. It is hell but with a strong will it is doable for a week.
