Question: If I lift dumbells each day, 14 pounds, should I see some strength?
I have some muscle, but not no bodybuilder. I don't eat that healthy either lolol but I do eat fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

You will see some results, but after about a month or so, you should increase the weight so that you'll see more results later on.
14 pounds is fine but you have to push yourself to lift a little more each time. also try lifting the dumbbells a different way (bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc.) i lift weights and at the beginning of the school year i was pretty weak but i pushed myself to see how much i could do and now im one of the best llifters in the class...(P.S. muscle milk helps alot after a long good workout)
