Question: Build muscle like sly quickly?
im 15 bin weightlifting for a while firstlly need some good bicep excercises for free weights (have no access for bench presses) :( secondly is it good if a 15 year old can lift over 12kg

Get to a gym class, you will need consistency, focus and dedication to your course.
You may need to push yourself in the work to reward program, by pushing yourself realistically your muscles will start getting use to it.

join a gym. unless you can do everything at home, you are very limited with what you can do. 12kg is what about 50lbs? id say thats pretty pathetic.
