Well mate, the point is that if you're doing a cardio of atleast 30-40 min daily and you're working out regularly, you will not gain fat and you will have no serious effects. But if you're just sitting all day and just workout for 1 hour, you will gain muscle for sure but also you'll be gaining fat because you'll not be burning enough calories. I also am a computer alcoholic, but i always take out time for daily cardio, a nice jogging in morning, and of course my workout. Do try to take out time, go out shopping on foot, walk a bit instead of using ur car, etc. I hope that it helped. If you have any opinions, do let me know..

If you did not get up and exercise little everyday, you muscles would definitely weaken over time. However, sine you do, there should be no problem. Make sure you are also eating healthy.
U need to do some physical activities, not just for ur body but for ur mind too. get out of the house.
