Also, what should I do at the gym, to look better, a bit slimmer, and nicer for the summer, bu the end of June?. I dno what to do, pleae gimme workouts that give results fast, i wanna be ripped asap, thx

Use weights in reps of 8, 10, 12. This is the standard way of building muscle tissue, but make sure you are exercise all the muscle groups (chest, shoulders, back, arms, abdomen and legs, to name the main ones).
I would also use a mixture of these exercises: Crunches, Push-ups, Side Lateral Raise, Curls, Bench press, Squats, Lateral Raises, Chins, Side Lateral Raise, Dumb-bell Curls, Hyperextensions, Shoulder Presses, Leg Raises, Seated Leg Push and V-Crunches. But remember to exercise all the major muscle groups so have a variety of different exercises.
Better plan, better way, easier than trying to have more will power.
