a combination of toning, bulking, and conditioning. depending on what you are going for specifically the work out will change. if you are looking for a bulky image then i would say focus on triceps by doing push ups, bench press, military press, and many others but most importantly with heavier weights. if you are trying to just get toned then i would say do the same thing except lots of reps with low weight. example: i am trying to get conditioned so that i can work out for the effect of bulking up. so right now i am basically trying to tone up. yesterday i did 500 curls of low weight along with other activities, this is an example of a toning exercise. one of the most important parts of working out is sweating, at least in my opinion. so don't just do exercises that have you sitting still, you have to get moving.
You can do high rep, low weight free weight exercises, anything that works the bis and tris.
