Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. It is difficult to build strength or power without weight training. It is far easier building endurance with body weight. Take a look at the Navy Seals or Special Forces. Very few of those guys are very muscular, but their endurance is sky high. You are going to have to increase the protein in your diet and do some weight training to put on the muscle and get closer to average.
