What are the flaws and plusses in my exercise schedule?? Personal trainers?
What do you think of this exercise schedule? (6 days a week workout); 5'6" female?

Day 1: 3 mi. run
30 min weight training;

Day 2: 3 mi run
30 min. bike ride

Day 3: elliptical-30 min
30 min. weight training

Day 4: 3 mi run;
30 min. bike ride

Day 5: 3 mi. run
30 min weight training

Day 6- OFF

Day 7: 3 mi run;
30 min weight training

*RUNNING INCREASES BY 1/4th MILE EVERY 2 WEEKS

very nice workout plan. you must run track or cross-country because it seems that you are very devoted to getting outside and working out.
